Before working at Worcester Periodontics, Lucas worked at a Marriot doing guest relations and manning the front desk. When he started working at Worcester Periodontics, he brought his extensive experience in friendly, clear communication to his new role. Any patient that has communicated with Lucas can attest to the level of professionalism that Lucas has.
The reason why Lucas has excelled in hospitality and excels at his current roles as patient coordinator is because that’s where his passion lies. He truly enjoys using and refining his interpersonal skills while helping patients achieve the oral health goals they want and need.
When he’s not at the periodontics office in Worcester, you can find Lucas at his home, writing, reading, and cooking. He also enjoys spending family time with his partner and golden retriever.
