Patient Coordinator
As a Patient Coordinator, Jessica Soares-Rodrigues leverages her varied background and unwavering dedication to ensuring exceptional care. She holds a GED and is PHCAST Certified, bringing a solid foundation of education and training to her role. Dentistry runs in Jessica’s family, as her mom, stepdad, and stepmom are all dental assistants. Her first job was as a receptionist at a dental office, and she has since gained experience in HR management for Dunkin’ and as an intern in real estate before working in general dentistry.
Jessica believes in offering individualized care to each patient, recognizing that everyone’s needs are different. She understands that some patients may require more understanding and support, especially during difficult times, and she strives to create a compassionate and comfortable environment for all.
Jessica, who is fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, can easily connect with a diverse group of patients, making sure they feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time at church, where she teaches children ages 5-7. She also enjoys listening to music, reading comic books, and discovering new restaurants with her boyfriend. Jessica is dedicated to continuous learning and plans to continue her education at Yankee and QCC to further enhance her skills in the dental field.
