How can I start 🫶is was my first visit, I went to the office a day late I thought it was on that day .. not only as a first visit they immediately accommodated me to be seen. Front desk did all she can for me to be seen ,very very pleasant 😊Even tho I miss my appointment. Then I was introduced to there hygienist Omg! KAYLA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST ,I WAS SO NERVOUS AND SHE MADE SURE THAT I WAS NOT IN DISCOMFORT DUE TO MY DENTAL ISSUES, SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE SO PLEASANTLY , INSTANTLY LOVE HER !! 🌺Then I met Doctor EMILY HAHN,ALSO VERY PLEASANT she came to my room and explained that we have a some work to do 🤦♀️as I expected.. I AM SO LOOKING FORWARD FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT 📅 so far I will recommend them 💯percent.. be blessed

The doctor and the medical assistant were wonderful. The doctor took time to listen to my case and she was honest about what she could/n’t do. She was very warm and I left valued and I was not “just a number”. Before going into the exam room, I was seated at the reception area and another patient came in. She asked me if this was my first visit to which I responded “yes”. She comforted me by saying “you will love them. They are the very best “. I was not disappointed. Dr. Litwin provided the best advice and options prior to my implants. His knowledge and surgical expertise second to none. Dr. Litwin is very personable, concerned about my health and understanding. My first visit today and it was amazing, like visiting a five star hotel. I even fell asleep in the dental chair while waiting, that’s how comfortable I was. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable & professional. Not to mention that wonderful experience with the dentist, she is very professional, kind, gentle and not to mention knowledgeable. I was so comfortable with her and Kudoes to her assistant as well, who made my first impression of her stood out like a sore tumb. Good job guys and keep up the amazing work.

I was at Worcester Periodontics for the first time today, full of fear and anxiety. Chris greeted me warmly and did his part in a matter-of-fact but very gentle way: X-rays, pictures , etc. Then Dr Daniel Overfelt came, and explained what his examination would consist of. Everything was painless, thorough. The doctor explained his treatment plan. All this in a clear and uncomplicated way, which was of great importance to me, because English is not my first language. All staff was very helpful and friendly. The next visit was discussed and a date was set. Thank you Dr Overfelt and his staff.

Dr. Hahn and Kayla were wonderful. We came to their office in an emergency with my older son, only 8. Their front office staff was thorough, professional and put me at ease. Dr. Hahn had an excellent demeanor with my young son when he was clearly stressed. She clearly explained what was being done and it relaxed him. Dr. Hahn and Kayla were a great team working quickly and carefully to work to re attach his tooth. Afterward, Dr. Hahn outlined next steps and what to expect. Started the process for two implants with Dr. Litwin. He and his team are very skilled. I expected a long painful procedure and was pleasantly surprised when he said All done. Sure there is some discomfort eight hours later but with following the aftercare recommendations I look forward to a quick recovery. Was pleasantly surprised as I thought the procedure I was going to have, was going to be way worse. I called and was able to get my questions answered in advance prior to my appointment. The staff and especially my doctor did a phenomenal job of hearing my concerns and walking me through every step of the process, as he knew I was filled with anxiety. The doctor prepared me for what to expect afterwards, post-op. I’m doing way better than I ever expected! Would highly recommend to anyone who is scared to go to the dentist. True professionals, that have outstanding bedside manner!! I only seek out the best doctors, and they certainly fulfilled EVERY expectation I had and then some! Going to Worcester Periodontics is actually easy and comfortable. The staff at the front desk is very nice and welcoming. I see Ann for my teeth cleaning and she takes the best care of you as a client. If you need someone who takes a sincere approach to your health she’s great! I first started going here a few years ago for a gum graft with Dr. Litwin. He did such a great job and it healed perfectly.

I had an emergency and saw Dr. Litman and his assistant Lydia. They were amazing. I had to have a Molar pulled as it was infected. Everything was explained in the nicest and most patient way possible. He asked if I wanted the implant the same day if that would work after they took out the Molar. I confirmed and that was done at the same time. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had.

Great experience as a first time patient. The administrative staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Dines performed much needed root canal to get rid of my pain. Very calm and soothing manner. One of the best dentist’s i have ever been to! I was so nervous about getting Novocaine as i didn’t have good experiences with it and this was the first time i didn’t feel a thing and the entire time dr.dines described what was going on and what he was doing his assistant chris was also amazing checking on me making sure it I was ok!
